

Bellah Seeks to Exceed Guests’ Expectations, Provide Innovation, ‘Menu Leadership’
DALLAS – Citing his vast experience for providing innovative solutions and “menu leadership”, officials representing Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurants Inc. today announced the selection of Larry Bellah as its new corporate executive chef.
According to Azam Malik, president, Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurants Inc., the culinary veteran “is a remarkably talented chef ; someone whose incredible skills and creativity will provide us with the type of menu leadership that’s essential for creating new flavors and new tastes – entrees that will no doubt compliment what we offer, including our signature 15-layer lasagna.”
For Bellah’s part, he says he sees “…lots of blue sky” in a way that promises to be enticing to the restaurant’s loyal guests while, at the same time, attracting the attention of new guests with fresh new flavors.
Widely respected, Bellah previously served as the director of culinary development and operations for Homestyle Dining LLC. In addition to creating new restaurant concepts, he was responsible for overseeing virtually every aspect of the process for creating new menu items, including the task of developing product specifications and providing nutritional analysis. His past experience also included a stint as director of culinary research and development for the Metromedia Restaurant Group.
Throughout his career, he has earned numerous industry awards, including an honor related to successfully creating his own restaurant concept and he has appeared on dozens of TV shows, including an appearance on the Food Network’s “TV Diner”.
Malik added that the addition of Bellah is an important strategic move for the company, noting that he will help “guide us to a new level and provide us with fresh thinking that will enable us to be even more responsive to the latest consumer trends that are out there.”
